How Do I Sign Up My New Member? ROIUNLIMITED




"I have a hard time selling this to people" or "I can't get any one to buy in." I get these comments all the time from people on every team. The first thing every new member needs to do is to put together a list of everyone they want to approach about ROI. Don't prejudge them; I know it's hard, but just put everyone on the list. Next, they need to compose a story that they can share with each of these people on their list. If they don't have a story of their own yet, help them by telling them yours or connect them with your sponsor to use their story until they have one of their own. Your job in this business is to become a master inviter. Make sure your new members know that you're not trying to sell anything to anyone; all you want people to do is to take a look at what you have. People do not want to be sold but they love to buy if it's their idea.



This is what I tell new members when they ask how to talk to people:



When you approach a new prospect, don't just go up to them and "puke" ROI all over them. This will turn them off faster than anything else you could do. You need to start a casual conversation and ask about them and how their life is going, etc. A good way to keep on track is use F.O.R.M which is Family, Occupation, Recreation, and Money. The conversation would go something like this:


"Hey Joe, I haven't seen you in a while, how's your family doing?" Then just let them talk, and listen, and I mean really listen. People can tell if you are truly interested or just making small talk waiting to "go in for the kill." Then ask them, "How's your job going or business doing?" Again, shut up and let them talk. "Have you been doing any traveling lately?" Let them talk. Then finally say something about money whether it's something personal to them or about the economy in general. In this short conversation, they will tell you. by the way they answer those questions, if they would want to hear about ROI or not. Then start your story with something like this "Ya know, I just came across something that's like nothing I've ever seen before." Then tell your story, or your sponsors, if you don't have one of your own yet. You should then ask them if they would be open to taking a look at this. When they say "yes," this is what most people do, either schedule a one on one appointment or send them to your site to watch the video. If you send them to your site, make sure you write the website down for them or have it on a business card. http://www.roiunlimited.com/yourusername-tour.php You need to be very specific in what you want them to do when they get there. Have them go to the BENEFITS tab first so that they can see the products for themselves. Then make sure that they go to the travel portal at http://www.roitravelportal.com and check out the HOT WEEK SPECIALS. This way they will know what the products are before they watch the video. Then you have them watch the compensation video on your site. I tell them watch it several times. Then, you will need to follow up with them don't wait for them to call you. If you're following this system and inviting people to look at ROI every single day, you will have no trouble sponsoring at least 1 new person a week. Just try it and you'll see how easy it really can be.
